Three-Day Training for Potential HER FUTURE Grant Scheme Beneficiaries Successfully Completed

Three days filled with ideas, new knowledge, and concrete steps towards entrepreneurship! 🌱

As part of the HER FUTURE project, a three-day online training for potential beneficiaries of the Grant Scheme was successfully completed. The training was organized to support participants in developing their business ideas and preparing high-quality grant applications.

To ensure equal participation and support in their preferred language, the training was delivered simultaneously in two groups: one in Albanian and one in Serbian.

Throughout the three days, participants were introduced to key topics essential for their entrepreneurial journey, including business model development, market and competitor analysis, operational and financial planning, as well as marketing and sales strategies.

Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and question-and-answer sessions, participants had the opportunity to further develop their business ideas, exchange experiences, and receive practical guidance on the application process.

Upon completing the training, participants who met the participation requirements received the final application form, the Application Guidelines, and all training materials presented during the sessions, enabling them to take the next step in applying for the Grant Scheme.

HER FUTURE continues to create opportunities and provide support for women and girls in Kosovo, helping them transform their knowledge, ideas, and ambitions into concrete initiatives and sustainable businesses.
