Her Future is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering young women in Kosovo by equipping them with the skills, resources, and confidence to pursue their ambitions. Our project works directly with young women finishing secondary education, providing them with hands-on training, mentorship, and access to networks that support professional growth.
