Memorandum of Cooperation Signed with the Municipality of Prizren

Today, on 16.02.2026, in Prizren, within the framework of the implementation of the project “Her Future”, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the project and the Municipality of Prizren.

This Memorandum establishes a clear framework for cooperation, defining responsibilities and a shared commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs, as well as integrating the Strategic Measure for Women’s Entrepreneurship into the municipality’s development priorities.

A key role in this process is played by the Working Groups, which, within the framework of the project “Her Future,” contribute in drafting the regional components of the Strategic Measure, reflecting the local needs and potential of women in business. These groups operate under the guidance of the National Strategic Coordination Group and play an important role in the establishment and strengthening of the NEXA Regional Branches.

At this event, we were joined by Ms. Venera Rada, NEXA Coordinator for the Prizren Region, as well as the members of the Working Group: Ymran Fusha, Valdete Daka, and Eleonora Bush.

The Memorandum represents an important step toward institutionalizing support for women entrepreneurs in Prizren and strengthening cooperation between the local level and the project structures, including the NEXA Regional Branch.
